GIO Turnkey, is ideal for property/land owners wanting to build hassle free and on a budget.
Our turnkey service is personalized and comprehensive and is primarily for residential builds which are typically 1 - 5 bedroom homes here in the Cook Islands.
Our turnkey service includes the following:

Procurement of all materials

GIO Turnkey - Residential Construction
GIO FIFO, is a package we've created to provide construction services to the Pa Enua,
Our FIFO service is ideal for home renovations or residential construction within the outer islands.
How this service works:

We cover staff meals for the duration of the project
-
Builders fly in from Mon-Fri and return to Rarotonga for the weekend
-
Client provides suitable accommodation (mutually agreeable)
-
Client pays labour cost to complete project (payments made before start of the week)
-
We discuss flight arrangements with clients.
GIO FIFO (Fly in Fly out) - Pa Enua Service
Our labour only service is as simple as it sounds, we give you an hourly rate and you pay at the end of each week, the sum of total hours worked. An ideal service for small renovations and maintenance such as the following:

Conduct maintenance for bridges.

GIO LABOUR ONLY
